The Education and Career Mentorship WG ensures that the CTTG membership maintains a high academic standard and competency through the provision of mentorship and educational support. This group provides support to CTTG members via two main activities: coordination of a monthly lecture series and creation and maintenance of a mentorship pairing program. This includes establishment of a ‘mentorship contact program’ for members seeking a mentor and developing a list of expectations for both mentors and mentees.
